Abstract

The ten-year project “Enhancing Capacity to Engender Research” has worked to enhance the capacity of Vietnamese researchers to generate, implement and disseminate knowledge about the gendered nature of social change in Viet Nam and to link this knowledge to recommendations and strategies for equality-seeking interventions. The first two phases focused on research. The later phases aimed at institutionalization of higher education participants’ research capacities, as well as their team experience. The report outlines activities, outcomes, and outputs of the project as well as remaining challenges.
