Abstract

The document/questionnaire addresses new researchers for the purpose of ensuring answers will be provided to empirical questions arising from research. It acts as a checklist for information and data collection that includes industry and regulatory information for analysis. The questionnaire is to be completed by Research ICT Africa (RIA) partners. Various stakeholders will need to be interviewed for RIA members to answer all the questions.
