Abstract
The Climate Change Adaptation in Africa (CCAA) program seeks to give local organizations the opportunity to participate in identifying root problems and their solutions based on the participatory principles of action research. Thirteen participants attended this workshop from institutions representing West African Community-based organizations. The aim was to learn the positions of grassroots organizations and their administrative needs, in order to offer adaptation practices that meet the needs of vulnerable groups, and that can support grass-roots organizations as well as local farmers.
