Abstract
The document provides information and guidelines to those interested in creating a model forest and to facilitate their exploration of partnering in the International Model Forest Network (IMFN). A description of the operational aspects of model forests: focus, structure, activities, and guiding principles follows this section. A final section on frequently asked questions (FAQ) is also included. Annex documents provide information on organizational structure, decision- making processes, and partnership composition.
