Abstract
The project “Agenda: PERU” prepares a diagnosis of the current situation of governance, keeping in mind the changing social, economic and political contexts which characterize contemporary Peru (1990s). It outlines proposals to improve prospects for democratic governance, good government and social and economic development. Proposals were then discussed with groups of historians, anthropologists, sociologists, student leaders, economists, physicians, specialists in cultural issues and gender relations, business executives, labor leaders, grassroots leaders, and experts on economic and social development. This book is the third edition of the book "Democracy and Good Government."
