Abstract

The project aimed to identify elements of the Learning Culture (LC) that contribute directly to achieving business results, engage newcomers, and co-create a Charter of behavioural practices for upholding LC success. This report provides an overview of the workshop process, activities and outcomes. Determining the focusing question is a critical role for facilitators.
