Abstract
The Workshop focused on the exchange of know-how on energy issues among Andean countries, and with other South American countries including Argentina and Brazil. Discussions resulted in ideas for a future research program on energy integration within the sub-region, attaining the expected results of the CEBRI (Brazilian Center for International Relations)/ IDRC Grant collaboration. This technical report is a compilation of information exchanged during these two days in Rio de Janeiro.
