Abstract
The workshop reviewed progress made by the Community Based Natural Resource Management (CBNRM)-funded project teams in field research (1997-2000) within the wider CBNRM program initiative to date. The report is partly workshop proceedings and partly a manual for others interested in trying the dynamics, adopting or adapting the ideas and methodology to make use of insights and experiences that were gained in Guiyang. Project case study presentations were made, and followed by comments from discussants.
