Abstract
Even though the Annual Learning Forum (ALF) forum is grounded in real data and in documented information, a core objective of the meeting is to elicit undocumented tacit knowledge. The function of the forum is to find out what is already known but has yet to be shared. The assumption is that both the organization as a whole and its staff members individually, have absorbed lessons of which they may not yet be aware.
