Abstract
The study surveys the importance of intellectual property and provides an analytical review of two draft laws proposed by the Palestinian National Authority (PNA): The Industrial Property Protection Law, and the Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law. Amendments and detailed recommendations are suggested as improvements of these draft laws.
