Abstract

Paper on African reactions to foreign aid efforts in the area of population control and family planning - describes attitudes to population control in Africa, insensitivity of donor countries in their approach to African family planning and birth control, and growing suspicions about the motivations underlying the interest of developed countries in controlling Africa's population.
