Abstract
IDRC governor. Statement on interrelation of international trade, development aid, and foreign investment in economic development of developing countrys, especially in Latin America - (1) assesses development performance and discusses economic growth; biased tariff preferences and import restrictions; reasons for deterioriation in quantity and quality of development aid; conflict between private investment and nationalism and nationalization (2) includes recommendations for action by developed countrys.
