Abstract
Video consists of two parts: part one (Food under seige, ca. 16 min.) examines the civil war between Ethiopia and Eritrea, with an emphasis on Eritrean civilian casualities; part two (Retornados, ca. 8 min.) examines a Chilean couple who fled Chile during the Pinochet regime, only to return several years later and continue to fight for freedom.
