IDRC supported. Thesis on the Peruvian model of industrialization as conceived in the Revolutionary Government's development plan based on highly qualified manpower and the application of industrial technology needs - discusses the government's technology and science policy and the needs of the educational system to ensure the training of scientists and technicians; compares methods and institutions to be utilized to develop industrial research capabilities.
